Why we created Palm Beach Water
We believed there was a better way to hydrate.
That it shouldn't be complicated to find water that is both clean and complete.
Jonathan built Palm Beach Salt around a simple principle: don't take out what nature is giving you and the body needs. Most commercial salts go through heavy processing that strips away the trace minerals naturally present in sea salt — the same minerals your body relies on. Palm Beach Salt is hand harvested and filtered carefully enough to be clean, but not so aggressively that it loses what makes it worth taking in the first place. What he noticed over time wasn't that people wanted better seasoning — it was that they kept coming back for the minerals. Customers were buying his salt as a supplement, not a spice. They knew what they were missing. They just didn't have a better way to get it.
Brendan was running into the same wall from the other side. He wanted clean water — actually clean, not stripped-down and flat. But getting there meant carrying things. Packets, powders, bottles of add-backs. The routine was always: find the water, then fix the water. It was a hassle to keep up with on a normal day, let alone on the go.
The problem wasn't that people didn't know what they needed. It was that nothing existed that just had it. No water you could grab that was already right — clean, mineralized, ready. No label full of extras. Just water that did what water is supposed to do.
That's the gap we built this for.
